Every site visit includes an in-depth consultation, site survey, design and planning, followed by a detailed estimate – with all the costs covered by us.

Do you provide detailed estimates?

Yes.

After our site visit, you will receive a fully itemised and detailed estimate so you’re fully aware of every element of the works and associated costs.

With no hidden fees, there can be no nasty surprises.

Do you offer a Design and Planning Service?

Yes.

At your site visit, we’ll discuss your requirements and come back to you with detailed plans and an estimate.

We’re great at liaising with architects and dental cabinetry and equipment suppliers at the design and planning stage too.

Can you recommend a cabinet and equipment supplier?

Do you take care of Project Management?

Yes and it’s FREE.

You will have a dedicated Site Foreman on your project ensuring your build is done right, on time, and on budget.

This keeps downtime and disruption to a minimum and makes the whole process as painless as possible.

Do you have your own team or do you sub-contract?

We have a highly skilled and competent in-house team which includes joiners, plumbing engineers, electrical engineers, plasterers, decorators and labourers.

Our approved sub-contractors, who we’ve worked closely with on numerous projects to date, can bring additional specialist skills to your project.

Do you work on NHS practices?

Yes, as well as private practices we work on NHS practices too.

Do you have knowledge of CQC and HTM regulations?

Yes.

As a specialist dental fit-out building contractor, we have a comprehensive knowledge of dental practice legislation, including CQC requirements and HTM regulations.

What health and safety procedures do you have in place?

During our time on site, the health, safety and welfare of you, your patients and our team is our number one priority.

We pride ourselves on our exemplary health and safety record and have the CHAS and Safe-contractor Accreditations to show for this.

Our in-house Health and Safety Manager oversees all aspects of health and safety and staff training requirements.

Our team are trained and certified in the issues surrounding asbestos, and our Site Foremen have the relevant SMSTS certification to be able to run your project.

Full risk assessments and method statements will be provided for your project.

We also provide CDM services (Construction, Design and Management Regulations) for our own use and on your behalf to ensure that regulations are covered.

Our team have been fully briefed on HSE current site operating procedures.

Do you take care of Building Regulations Approval?

Yes.

We can submit your project for Building Regulations Approval either with your Local Authority or via an outside Agency,

We also provide CDM services (Construction, Design and Management Regulations) for our own use and on your behalf to ensure that regulations are covered.

Can you provide references from other dental practices?

Yes.

We pride ourselves on our high standards of service delivery and our clients are always willing to provide references, discuss their experience of working with us and share photos of their new practices.
