Dental chairs and cabinetry
Our familiarity with all types of dental cabinetry and equipment makes service and installation a smooth process. Working with your supplier, or one we recommend, our in-house experts install suction pipework, power, water, compressed air, switch wires and data cabling. We also take care of mechanical and electrical services to chair and cabinetry, including second fix after cabinetry installation.
Radiation protection
Lead-lined walls and doors
For optimum and long-lasting protection we install Code 3 lead from floor level to two metres in height with wrapped joints of 15mm - 20mm to timber or metal stud partitions prior to plasterboarding. Choose from painted, ash, beech or walnut veneer lead-lined doors and frames to match your design, with or without lead-glazed vision panels.
Dental decontamination rooms
Design, supply & installation
Sound dental contamination practice is more important than ever to both keep patients and practitioners safe. We design, supply and install denomination compliant cabinetry, worktops, washer-disinfectors, autoclaves and ultrasonic baths, creating a safe and practical space. All dental decontamination works are carried out to comply with the latest HTM 01-05 guidance.
Electrical works
Lighting, fire alarms, re-wiring & data
Good lighting starts with good design - we produce full lighting schemes based upon floor plans, with a lighting levels/lighting numbers document advising lights required per room/area. We follow the latest standards including CAT2 lighting/LED lighting for surgeries either 600mm x 600mm recessed, surface mounted fittings or large CAT2/LED circular downlighters.
Flooring
Design & installation
Choose from a vast range of unique flooring solutions to suit the style of your practice: contract carpet tiles, anti-slip vinyl or designer flooring such as Karndean or Amtico. For decontamination areas and surgeries, we fit capped and cove or set-in cove solutions. Preparation is key and we undertake sub-floor preparation works prior to installation, with plywood sheeting, feather screeding to joints or full latex screed to concrete floors.
Interior Decoration
Wall covering advice & application
The interior finish of your dental practice gives your patients a strong first impression - we make sure it's a positive one. We offer guidance on colour schemes and finishes (with free sample charts) for all areas of your practice, even the specialist ones. Sterishield emulsion is our recommendation for sterilisation/decontamination Rooms.
Bespoke joinery
Internal & external
Doors to reception desks, bench seating to merchandise displays, are all manufactured in our in-house joinery workshop. Bespoke reception desks are brought to life by our CAD Design Service - a plan and 3D image lets you see exactly how your chosen design will look in your space.
Air conditioning & heat recovery
Design & installation
We understand the need for the installation of these essential services to create both the perfect working and healthcare environment. Previous clients have asked us to install multi-split systems, simultaneous heating and cooling systems, and also heat recovery/ventilation systems in decontamination areas and internal rooms, so we have experience of them all.
Plumbing systems
Design & installation
All aspects of plumbing, including WC's, DDA-compliant disabled WC's, central heating systems and Saniflo pumped waste, are done by our in-house team. Unvented hot water cylinders, providing hot water to surgeries, decontamination rooms, WC's and staff areas, can be installed in new and existing practices - within given timescales and to meet Legionella Regulations.
Shopfronts & entrances
Design & installation
The outside of your practice is just as important as the inside and we'll help you bring everything together. We design and install PVCU and powder-coated shop-front facades, branded signage and DDA compliant ramps (we can fit these internally too).
Helpful handover
Installations training
We want you and your team to be familiar with all your new installations (eg. fire alarms and data) so you know exactly how everything works, and how to keep it working. Our on-site team will provide practical demonstrations, providing helpful advice and training in preventative and routine maintenance and testing.
