Client brief
Our client was looking to extend an existing one-surgery dental practice into an empty retail unit to create a new, modern, three-surgery practice. They required a dedicated decontamination room, waiting/reception area, OPG room, offices and staff areas.

Unique challenges
The empty unit had previously been an old bridal shop and required converting into a purpose-built clinical practice. Differing floor levels, unusual architectural features and listed building status, added to the complexities of the project.
