Client brief
Our clients instructed us to construct a new, three-surgery dental practice in an empty unit (a former take-away) within a listed building in Manchester city centre.
Split over two floors, the new practice was to include an admin office, treatment coordinator’s room, disabled WC, staff WC, decontamination room and staff room.
Unique challenges
Constructing a new practice within a Grade II listed building meant there were original features, most notably on the ceiling, that could not be covered or touched. The NDC team did a fantastic job in overcoming this obstacle and ensuring the waiting area in the practice now has a stunning talking point.
Client thoughts
“I have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Phil and his team to anyone looking to build a new practice, no matter how big or small that challenge may be.
If you are searching for a team with the knowledge and understanding of what is required to create a fully-functioning dental practice that adheres to all current day standards and regulations then look no further than NDC.”
