Construction of a new, four-surgery dental practice in an empty office unit, including decontamination rooms (clean and dirty), stores, waiting/reception area, disabled WC, OPG room, filing, offices and staff areas.
Unique challenges
The existing practice was due to be demolished to make way for a new bridge over the River Wear in Sunderland, we only had 12 weeks to complete the new build otherwise it would fall through.
